Karaman Döner is a website special variation of döner kebab, hailing from the Karaman region of Turkey. As opposed to the more widely known Adana or Urfa döner, Karaman Döner is usually prepared with delicate slices of seasoned meat, commonly lamb, stacked vertically on a turning spit. This is then carefully shaved off and served in a hot piece
